No turnover tax (Umsatzsteuer) due to § 19 UStG
Prices are valid for a stay of max. two people; an additional surcharge of 25.-- EUR applies for each person and night. The rental fee covers all costs. Babies and children up to 2 years are free. A traveling bed for children can be inclued for 20.-- EUR.
Minimum stay: 3 nights.
Downpayment: 25% of the total rental fee at the moment of booking
The remainder of the fee is payable on arrival (cash).
Checkin: by appointment - earliest time of arrival 3:00PM
Checkout: 11:00AM
If you need to cancel your booking, your cancellation fee will be the downpayment.
Exception: Official travel restrictions due to Covid-19.
The Fischergasse1 is a non-smoking rental and ideally suited for 6 persons and families with children over the age of 12. No pets allowed.
